Court orders that permit Yu Gi Oh is not negotiated at the time.

According to Anime News website, Judge Chapman Shelley ordered that the license of the anime Yu Gi Oh is not negotiated until they solve the legal problems involving NAS, TV Tokyo and 4Kids.

The NAS and TV Tokyo (Nihon Ad Systems) are filing a lawsuit against 4Kids. The Japanese companies have accused the publisher of breach of contract, payment for the right to reduced picture, secret deals with TV stations among other charges.

Initially, 4Kids said a possible payment of one million dollars to prove that they do not had acted in bad faith, however, the day after a meeting decided to open the proceedings.
According to the companies accusing the 4Kids will pay just over $ 7.1 million, which includes expenses, with holding taxes, damages, breach of contract and fraud.

Cartoon Network, FUNimation and Majesco Sales Inc. became involved in an indirect manner according to the indictment. FUNimation is accused of concealing the total income of franchise properties and explore the series in the video market.
