Square Enix reveals E3 trailer before.
Square Enix has released yet another trailer for the sequel to Final Fantasy XIII. The video is approximately 2:30 minutes. The video is dubbed in English. The Nora, Serah and Lightning have already been confirmed.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be the second attempt by Square Enix to create a sequel to a previous game. The first attempt was Final Fantasy X-2, which had numerous changes in the plot, the absence of the famous summons and even changes in the characteristics of the characters making the game does not achieve the same success of Final Fantasy X which was produced originally for the PS1 even before Final Fantasy IX.
In the video we can see that there is little change from the game Final Fantasy XIII. One new feature is a short stretch where the player runs through a floor by collecting red crystals when the floor falls away.
The battles will be more evolved, with commands in real time where you must press a certain button during action, the way was named Cinematic Action.
It was also shown that the battles involving summons will be different from the one used in Final Fantasy XIII. This time using a scene of Odin and Lightning running scams Summon mounted some distance to hit Bahamuth Chaos.
During the battles we Serah this time will be a playable character and Noel, a new character who ends up saving the girl and begins to guide and protect her. A new bar called Feral Link shows Feral Behemoth fighting alongside Noel and Serah. But since this is a trailer not yet know the purpose of it.
A playable version of the game Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be present at E3 later this month. Some trailers have already shown plenty disclosed news of the game, but its plot was not disclosed and there are still some questions about the character that appeared in the struggling Lightning first official video game.
Another question is about the presence of Snow. Serah was confirmed with the Nora group, but showed no video or comment on what would have happened not only with Snow and the other characters from Final Fantasy XIII.
