PSN follows with problems
Sony finds more flaws in its security system.

Was found more than a failure in the new security system from Sony. This time the problem is the database of user's password, what can be done easily with the user email address and birthday of the same.

This change of password was something Sony thought it might increase the security of the system, however, were not all users who received the new password. Thus, some players have found alternative ways to change your password. This trick was used by several players who could not access the PSN.

With this new problem, Sony chose to render the most services of the SSP, which includes blogs, forums and other services that ultimately make it impossible to change the password for access.

According to Patrick Seybold, director of corporate communications and social media from Sony, this new error was not caused by hackers, but a URL error that has since been corrected, however, has not said if this error could have been done by attackers in the system.

PSN (PlayStation Network) was down from April 20 until May 14 when he began to release some of their access to services users. Among the issues were access to Playstation Store shop, which meant that companies like Capcom questioned by the fact that Sony is losing potential revenue, since a large investment company aims to trade at stores like PSN and XLIVE.

In an official statement from Sony Kazuo Hirai, president of Sony executive apologized for all PSN users and said that she had suffered after the attack, the system was slowly returning to normal.
The director mentioned the system of password change for users and said that in coming days will be launching a special package of services "Welcome" to users. Not to forget to thank the patience that some users were required to have until the system returns to normal.

Despite the PSN to be returning slowly, he has not failed to affirm that the attack suffered by the system had been so serious and sophisticated that disabled all security measures were taken, since this requires study and improvements of the whole network. 


According to Hirai, the few employees of the company will finalize the whole process of investigation of system security and provides a possible safe to users, but has not ruled out the possibility of new attacks in this process, since all the networks and systems are still subject to attack, or cybercrime as mentioned.
